As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (12.44 g: to determine tolerance of caffeine content) of Fierce Domination with 13-14 oz. (414 ml) of cold water. Once tolerance has been established, 2 scoops (24.88 g) can be consumed. Take Fierce Domination 15 to 30 minutes before exercise. Do not consume within 6 hours of scheduled bedtime. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or any other stimulants while taking Fierce Domination.

Non-Training Days: Mix 2 scoops with 13-14 oz. of cold water for increased energy and stamina.

High Caffeine Note: Due to the high caffeine content of Fierce Domination, begin with 1 scoop mixed in 10-12 oz. of cold water. Only increase to 2 scoops in 18-20 oz. of water once tolerance has been established.
