I made the mistake of buying the 8oz. bottle of Now's B-Complex Liquid to find that I have a strong reaction to something in it. I don't believe it's the B-12 component (Cyanocobalamin), as it is the same used in their B-complex capsules, which I never had a problem with. I did Have a devil of a time trying to figure out what was causing my extreme stomach discomfort and diarrhea, and finally tracked it down to this (it wasn't immediate, but over a few days-weeks usage.) I did this through an elimination protocol. (Perhaps it's the xylitol used as sweetener.) Whatever it is, it made me sick, but since this product seems to work for many my suggestion is to buy a small bottle first to see if it works for you without side effect.
I love everything about it, from the size of the package, the ease of use, its taste and of course above all, the absorption. I can tell the absorption is good due to the color of my urine later, since its not very greenish like with other B supplement s
The quality of this product is very good. The size of the package is not big for me to store. The ingredient is also good for me. The benefits include giving my brain great energy and lessening my stress. My age looks like smaller and my immunity becomes stronger. It tastes very good.

First time using liquid b12 and this brand was recommended to me by a friend. I am happy with my purchase overall; it is great quality and works well for me so far. The large bottle size lasts a long time as you only take a 1/4 teaspoon a day. The taste is not bad but does take time to get used to.

Big fan of the mighty b vitamins for brain support,especially as an aging population.And to have a liquid formula like this,that is quickly absorbed and is convenient to use is great.There are other more potent liquid B-complex formulas but this is a good start for the price
The taste of this is quite intense at first until you get used to it. The bottle did not come with a dropper which is how I prefer to take it. I happened to have a bottle with a dropper, so I transferred contents to it. The quality seems good. I buy a lot of Now products which seem to be reliable. I purchased the 2 oz size and take 2-3 times per week.
