endocrinologist gynecologist  prescribed diet  Turkey beef liver  Lamb  beetroot  carrot  onion  cabbage  garlic  fish  Seafood buckwheat and basmati rice  water... basically no tea, no coffee, no beef oil only olive to use for cooking or ghee .. some vitamins and supplements.. overweight issue and some gynecology issues so I ordered this supplement as well  and sticking to intermittent fasting (20hrs fasting n 4hours eating). and taking this supplement late in the evening. I can say that after 2-3weeks it helps .. reg. diet to stop gluten and sugar and when doing 10k steps a day, more weight goes away  without 19k steps Just like 2,5-3k steps a day is also good. just less weight loss but feeling not overburned or tired. because fasting, starving, and 10k steps made me feel tired and stressed  also, when starving, I am automatically becoming nervous, so I take 5 HTP to keep myself in peace So, I take 1000vitaminC with the first meal or after the first meal  also, I take (Life Extension) N-Acetyl L-Cysteine 15min before meal intake twice a day (Country Life) Chelated Magnesium Glycinate before sleep 2pills  Lecithin l, Kelp, B6 & Cider Vinegar 2pills late evening  I have low vitamin D as per Dr, as prescribed, taking 10k IU daily 5 HTP 100 mg 1pill when just starting a day and sometimes if I feel stressed by evening because I am hungry taking 1more 🙃  And sleeping well (this is my own, not prescribed by dr, but I shared with dr what I take) dr said it's OK to take Chlorophyll liquid 1 table spoon when starting a day and 1 table spoon before sleep (this my own, not prescribed by dr, but i shared with doc what I take, doc said it's OK to take) DIM 200 Plus CDG 100  1 pill after food once a day  Coenzyme B complex Adanced  1 pill after food twice a day  Pres. by doc  Maca 1 pill a day (this my own, not prescribed by dr, but i shared with doc what I take, doc said it's OK to take) this I believe as I researched to keep menopause away as long as possible and keep menstruating as long as possible (in years)  There are also a lot of other benefits not only for women  Also some other products pres by doc  From local pharmacy  Utrojestan I guess the name  To take from 14 to 27 days of menstrual cycle Coz my dr said my progesterone level is low And 2 others for thyroid Taking them before meals Like this for 3m This was prescribed for me So, I just shared, ladies. But you need to consult with ur dr  So far, going well, losing excess weight I'm not feeling hungry. Not having that previously crazy, stressful appetite Hope to reach my ideal body weight and fix the gynecological issues. I feel to stick to the discipline 5 HTP helps me a lot and keeps me peaceful and happy in the time of starvation)
