Solgar has always given quality products for the supplements that I've bought from them. Usually I use Now Nutrition for Methionine, out of habit and also because I'm always happy with their quality too. Now Nutrition were out of stock for months and Solgar was available and I'm happy with the products. The effect - for me personally at least - seems to be on par with Now Nutrition.

I was watching a webinar where one of the doctors suggested taking Choline and Inositol and l-Methionine for 3 months to help the liver clear excess estrogen. still in my first month. will report back if I see any improvement
