1. Prior to first use, screw cap on and off twice, wash in warm soapy water, rinse well and air dry.
2. Unscrew crusher cap, place pills into container and replace cap.
3. Turn the crusher cap back and forth to crush the pill.
4. Repeat the back and forth movement until a uniform powder has been achieved.
5. Remove cap to empty crushed pills.
6. To store pills, unscrew bottom, fill container with pills and replace cap.
