I became addicted to this multivitamin. it's not expected but it contains all necessary multivitamins you will need pre and after pregnancy. It's just so yummy. No nausea. Can't get enough of it. I take it everytime. I'm a big fan during pregnancy and after pregnancy as well. I let it after 1 hour then I take it with breakfast. I'm so in love with this multi vitamin. And I highly recommend it.

Prenatal saved me so much energy of buying all the ingredients seperately and the finding the dosage I need during the pregnancy. I use it also while breastfeeding and the quality is great. The benefits are that I feel much stronger and I font have any deficiency on Iron, zinc and more. It tastes ok, and the size and amount are good.

I understand why this may seem like a negative to some people. There was a time I actually took Biotin separately, but then a dermatologist told me it can cause acne in some people. This is the most affordable woman's multivitamin on the list that are Biotin free, and I do think it jas helped. I ran out and took some old vitamins that contain Biotin and my face dod break out, so I have decided to always be stocked up on these. I am glad they are affordable and effective.

These are my favorite prenatals of the 3 or 4 brands I've tried. They are sort of big pills (most are), but definitely smaller than some of the other prenatal vitamins I've seen. I don't have trouble taking them, and I don't like taking pills. They also don't make me sick at all, and some other brands have.
