i love this brand and wish there are more of their products available on iherb..i wish also they become less pricey so I would buy more of them

I didn't notice much change after taking the product. I have been struggling with thyroid-related issues and was hoping this would benefit my sleep, stress, mood, etc. However, it didn't seem to change much. I have since discontinued use because it is a nightshade, and I can no longer have those. I will say, the capsules are a nice size and easy to swallow. The quality is good, and I don't notice any taste or aftertaste. The ingredients all seem good as well.

My kids and I have been taking this for 3 years. We do feel it helps our nervous system. We feel calmer.
