The herbs in this formula are excellent for more than just the bones. They can help detox the joints of ama and vata and work well with a Yoga program.

The advantage of this product is the ingredient in a natural form, which is well absorbed. Good support for bones. Neutral taste.

My Ayurvedic doctor recommended this supplement as I have osteoporosis. I've been taking them for several months now, and they are gentle to the digestive system.

Excellent!

I liked this product; I got it at a significant discount. The tablets are small, easy to swallow with a little water. I haven't felt any significant changes in my body yet, but I must admit, it's a dietary supplement, and after studying the ingredients, I believe it should improve my quality of life and bring some relief (I sincerely hope). I'll be taking this product for about 6-8 months; only then will I be able to leave a more complete review. I've never had any problems with delivery with IHerbs; everything arrives quickly and right to my door.
