The size is pretty standard and it is well packaged with no weird pasta. It tastes almost like a regular pasta and the ingredient is only red lentils which makes it high in protein. I thought I'd try this because it's made from lentils and it's organic. I didn't like the taste or the texture. I boiled it for the recommended time but it was still quite hard so I boiled it for longer. It still didn't help much. Some people might like it harder so it's still worth a try if you don't mind it like that.
