Okay so it is a serum like it says and not like a cream, in that it is lighter in consistency. Dear Klairs always has amazing quality. This has become a huge part of my routine and I use this quality product with consistency. No smell. I like that the package can be thrown in even the smallest of clutches, for soft hands anytime. With how much hand washing we are supposed to, hands can get dry, but I notice this product forms a nice barrier and keeps moisture locked in throughout the day.

I'm disappointed with this product, which doesn't happen often with klairs. While the ingredients are good, the cream is way too lightweight and lotion-like in consistency, to the point where a few minutes after applying it you don't feel like you've applied anything, and you get the urge to apply it again. It sinks into the skin immediately, but not in a good way. If you like hand creams that are super lightweight, go for it, but for me this cream was simply not moisturizing enough, especially for the winter months. I will not repurchase.

This is average good, love that it is unscented but it still feels like the cream glides off easily if you sweat on your hands, etc. I wanted something more concentrated without irritating sensitive skin bc my hands are super dry in the winter!
