Zembrin, however, is a standardized extract and at least for me is adequately potent that its benefits are noticeable and realized not long after ingesting a capsule. (The Zembrin ingredient is available from other brands as well, but I'm more likely to trust Doctor's Best.) I become happier, sharper, and better able to communicate with difficult people and understand their perspectives. I also feel better able to tolerate hunger or thirst, which I imagine may be beneficial for individuals who are fasting/ dieting. There are kanna extracts available as bulk powders, but the plant is quite potent, which in my opinion makes encapsulation valuable. I'm still stressed because it's unavoidable, but my body doesn't sweat so much anymore, my hands don't shake and I can generally distance myself from what's going on around me. Practical capsules with a good composition, I feel the benefit after a week of regular use. I'm a terrible nervous person and I needed something that would help me to distance myself a bit and calm down from constantly chasing thoughts.
At first I was quite skeptical about it, but you know what was amazing, I felt benefit the differences already at the first dose, slight but still differences. The dosage is simple and it has a nice smell. It's not cheap, but it's priceless after a day's work to give your shattered nerves a rest. i like this supplement for compositions.
This was one of my favorite products for anxiety and relaxation; however, oddly enough, I found it also improved my concentration. At a particuarly stressful period in my life, I noticed I was starting to get panic attacks. I was reluctant, but I gave Zembrin a try after doing some research and I was quite pleased with the result. The quality of the ingredient in this product is good, and I felt the effects in the morning before work. With that said, my partner didn't find it all that effective, so it might not work for everyone. Therefore, worth trying, but like all things, it depends on the person.
I wanted to try these to increase focus when studying and initially didn't feel much the first few times I tried it. Then months later when I tested low on serotonin and tried Calm-Z with a saffron product, I really felt a difference within days. I felt alot less anxious, calmer mood, more focused and at ease. It's subtle but when I ran out of Calm-Z, I felt a difference without it. I really like taking it together with saffron particularly to help wth serotonin and mood. Good quality supplement, with researched ingredient. Very small, easy to take capsule. Will likely buy again in future

Great stuff! This stuff has worked great for me. I originally discovered Zembrin when I joined a natural health clinic and the doctor there recommended a product that they offer that contains saffron, zembrin and B vitamins. It was expensive for this particular brand ($60 for 30 days). I did a bunch of searching and found the ingredients individually for half the cost of the brand they offered. Since switching from that brand to these three individual ingredients and brands I've not felt any difference. I feel just as great, depression gone, anxiety gone, sleep way better. I just wish I would have discovered this combination a lot sooner. My only other suggestion is to give it a decent chance, it takes time for these ingredients to work, don't expect miracles in the first week.
