I’m not happy with this eyeliner. Texture is clumpy and seems like perhaps package is old or quality is not great to begin with, which concerns me. Clumps make it hard to use as it can’t spread to give even coverage. To talk about the product in general, the color is black but not a very charcoal dark one.
