Jelly soft pills, easy to swallow. Smell funny and not pleasant and leave bizzar taste in the mouth. It works after 1 -2 hrs by making you barely able to open your eyes, it doesn’t fight anxiety as you might wake up 2 times during 8 hrs sleep. It requires 10 hrs of sleep to wear off the effects. Might make u a bit lazy in the next morning, no headache or bad mood. I don’t have sleep disorder but I suffer from work stress and family illness stress and it worked for me.
