So glad that iHerb carries this product. Had terrible allergies, this was the only product that actually helps. Did take a couple of weeks to "kick in", however after that I have been symptom free for years now. Gaia offers a high quality product and I always feel confident taking their products. I stopped using antihistamines because of this product. They really do work great for allergies and I can notice the different pretty fast. I suggest starting to take them a couple of weeks before you start having allergies (If you know when that happens). Otherwise, they seem to reduce my allergies almost immediately.

My mom has chronic cough due to past episodes of bronchitis. The infection was long gone but she continued to have some secretion which caused her cough and woke her up during sleep. I decided to try this since tumeric is anti-inflammatory. She takes 2 capsules/day, and to my delighted surprise, her chronic cough disappeared in half a month. Also if you have chronic cough, make sure to go over your medication list since it is a major side effect for some meds, such as, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, a common category of hypertension med.

Very Effective and has fast effect on my occasional dry sinus pressure and daughter’s allergies. I take 2 tabs for 3 to 5 days and sinus pressure is gone . Same for my daughter’s mild allergies. Really potent
