I’m vegan so this vitamin b12 is a must in my diet. I take it every morning and i think the taste is great, although my husband finds it too sweet. As you only need one spray the bottle lasts for months, so its a great deal for the size and the price. It gives me a boost of energy every morning. I love it

It’s very easy to add your daily routine as it is in a bottle and all you need is 3 sprays daily. 1 spray is 500mcg so my doctor recommended me to taking 3 sprays (1500mcg). My B12 levels is between 850-950 since I started using this supplement. B12 is very critical for our nervous system, mood and energy levels, and according to the holistic health doctors optimal B12 levels should be between 800-1000. I’m very happy to keep this in my daily routine. Highly recommend for those looking for B12 supplement. I actually didn't realize I had to keep it in the fridge until over a month.. oops! No problems though. Tastes great, and I haven't gotten sick of the flavor after using it very day for over a month. Since I've started using it I haven't been as exhausted at work. I usually do a spray in the morning when I get in, or sometimes in the afternoon for a pick me up.

I really love the taste! I keep it next to my toothbrush and I have a spray (under my tongue) in the morning after brushing my teeth. I take a few supplements because I follow a vegan diet so it's nice to supplement in a spray rather than add another tablet. I buy regularly.
