This is the best product EVER for a good immunity boost. I read that vitamin C helps against hay fever - I started getting hay fever out of the blue (never had it before). As I don't like chemical products with toxic ingredients.. I turned to Garden of Life as they offer superb clean quality. The fact that this is fluid/spray, makes everything 100x better. The body soaks up fluids way faster like a sponge, instead of pills. I spray this when I need a boost for my hay fever or any other reason to boost my immunity, and I feel better within 10 min. I have a sensitive stomach but this does me NO harm despite the huge potency it offers, even on an empty stomach. I wish more people would know about this gem and the effects of it! Oh the taste is also amazing! Like a candy shot. But healthy :)

Vitamin C is necessary vitamin in the human body. It’s co-factor for the iron, magnesium and a lot of others micro elements. I bought this one for my daughter, she is 2.5 years old, I give her 2 sprays instead of 4-5 as recommended. Use it literally every day, during illness twice intensive. This vitamin c is raw, from veggies and fruits, great formula.

Quality ingredients make it easy for me as a mother to know he’s getting goodness into him. It tastes so lovely, my 3 year old takes it every day. So much easier than getting capsule/chewable vitamins into him. It’s a good price. Pity they don’t do a bigger gram size though as when he’s under the weather he could easily use a bottle a day.

I love the spray products as I have a hard time swallowing pills. I’m not big on oranges, etc. and feel I don’t get enough vitamin C. This is an easy once a day spray and tastes good.
