My wife uses these basically year round, they are a good size for swallowing, we use a couple different prenatals and these are one of the ones that has been consistently used.

Bought this along with the Garden of Life prenatal and prebiotic. I like how there was a strawberry flavour and did not have to deal with the yucky fishy burp especially during the first trimester.

It has some strawberry flavour so I didn’t have any problem with taking it even when I had morning sickness during my first trimester.

This is a great supplement, easy to swallow and very subtle strawberry flavor. Love it! I take it with Garden of Life Raw Prenatal and they are great to take together, no upset tummy or impacts no matter what time of day they are taken! Highly recommend!

Once a day - easy to swallow. Made out of low mercury fish. No aftertaste or fish smell/taste/burps. Smells a little bit like strawberry but it doesn’t make a difference to me. I would recommend - it also helps me sleep!

its really great. no after taste of fish, the capsules are easy to swallow and quite small. I take it during pregnancy.

Haven’t tried it yet as I’m still finishing my previous batch of DHA from another brand. But have no choice but to start in July because it expires in August!
