This product is a tremendously beneficial product. I attribute the phytosterols in this product for reducing the size of a growth in my hand. I am no expert, but I do know I noticed a reduction in that growth when I restarting taking this product after a long break. The shrinkage halted and started enlarging again once I used all of this product and while I waited to receive my new order. Once I received the resupply and began taking it, the growth has now almost disappeared. It used to be so intertwined and massive it would sometimes cause pain when attempting to open and spread my fingers on the affected hand. Now there is no pain, and I can barely feel what remains of what once was very large. I can only imagine the other unseen benefits.
