I appreciate that is has a bottle that is so easy and clean to use the oil from! Many other oils you end up getting them all over or spilling or wrestling with the containers! Also i am so glad that is is pure flax oil and not saying 'flax oil' when it has a bunch of other ingredients some of which would cancel out the benefits of the Omega 3! Great Product!

I use this oil only for salads. It is first cold pressed, hence, its far superior than just normal flax seed oils and it doesn't have an intense taste/scent. I also love that its organic.
