Great quality multivitamin in medium size package, with lots of benefits and high quality ingredients. Tablets are small in size, but taste is kind of nasty. It is definitely potent and also has an effect on the smell of urine, which is kind of a minus. Otherwise it's a great antioxidant and multivitamin
