I take these for knee pain, inflammation, depression, allergies, sinuses. (I’m a 26 yo lady.) I truly believe they’ve helped me all of these mentioned. I take them every day. Everyone’s body is different, but I felt/noticed results in 2 weeks. I recommended them to my mom, sister, friends, boyfriend, anybody who complains about having joint pains. They’re truly top quality, have no taste, easy to swallow. Will continue to take these as well as drink turmeric hot water and “lattes.” 😊

I take this on an empty stomach to kill inflammation in the body. I have experienced reduced joint pain; I seldom feel any after taking this for over 6 months. Consistency is key. I felt more energetic too as this might help with antioxidant support and age management. The quality of ingredients is Isura certified so that gives a little more confidence boost.

I've noticed a improvement in hormonal acne inflammation, although it is marginal. Theracurmin is one of the most bioactive forms of curcumin and is a good quality ingredient for a supplament. I would definetly reccomend trying this over other curcumin supplaments. The antioxidant properties alone are worth the try. There was no taste to this .

There are all kinds of curcumin products out there. with this price, you could tell the quality. I don't like taking a bunch of cheap stuff and get very subtle results. My suggestion is to get the trusted brand, you'll get the best results. Actually after some time, you can definately feel the differences.

I have been using tumeric/curcumin for years for pain related to a pinched nerve in my cervical spine. I have used several different brands. I tried this on the recommendation of Dr. Michael Murray. It is highly effective. Over the years noticed that I would have to increase the number of pills to get the same effect. I use two of the Theracumin and get great relief for about 4 hours which seems to be the time frame for natural pain products. I don't feel bad taking more of this b/c of the multiple other health benefits.

I have been using this product for over a year now. It was recommended by my chemist as I had joint pain and did not want to take anti inflammatory medication. My nightly hip pain has completely disappeared . Curcumin at high dosage is very expensive over the counter and not usually the quality of this product. At iherb I get 4 times the amount for the same price over the counter.

These circumin have been amazing. While i still have some residual pain from car accidents in the past, my quality of life now is so much better. There's not much better ingredients wise you can get. The packaging looks good, and I'm sure over time this product will help me improve
