I love these minis. I have a hard time swallowing large pills and this is the only brand I can find that makes the mini size but with the same strength and quality as the larger pills. I love the fact that they have even added Vitamin D3 ingredient so I now have one less pill to take.

I love the mini size, as these are much easier for me to swallow than regular omega 3 capsules. Also very much appreciate the lemon flavor…don’t notice any fishiness with these supplements. My dietician recommended this brand, was glad to find this size capsule at Iherb.

Its really friendly size to consume it with water, makes it comfortable and enjoyable. I dont like the regular size so I opt for this mini size and only took one soft gel a day instead of two recommended.

Like the size and smell of this product. If you are not good at swallowing pills, this is the perfect one! Some Omega-3 products are so fishy, but this one is fine. Highly recommended!
