This is k1, not k2, which is fantastic. This benefits teeth amazingly, reducing plaque formation and causing the already formed stuff to fall off when brushing and whitens them. The dosage is good though higher (200mcg) would be good. The ingredients do contain several fillers though, it could do with less. The size of the tablet is very good, they're tiny. Also reduces inflammation when taken in sufficient dosages and helps with both blood clotting and thinning. The taste is bitter although fine when swallowed quickly.
