Source Naturals is an unassuming but highly reputable brand. The magnesium, in particular, is simply mind-blowing in terms of quality. Overall, everything is superb, I highly recommend it.

I'm 46, and after stress, I started having hot flashes. It was unbearable, even at night. I started using one tampon and added magnesium in the evening. And Super Primrose oil. It became much easier, I will continue. Thank you.

I'm taking this again and again. I feel like the hot flashes are getting smaller as I continue to take it. The pills are large, so I drink them with lots of water.

The size is a little big, but I've gotten used to it! The hot flashes haven't completely disappeared, but they've been alleviated.

I think it's working
Verified Purchase
I couldn't sleep because of hot flashes every hour. I tried various things, including Chinese medicine, but nothing worked, and it was really painful. But since I bought this product, my hot flashes have decreased! I was surprised to see results in just a few days. It's only been two weeks, but I want to keep using it.

Effective for hot flashes!
Verified Purchase
After having both ovaries and my uterus removed due to ovarian cancer, I suddenly went through menopause. The hardest part is the hot flashes. I never know when or where I'll start sweating profusely. Nothing I tried worked, so I took a gamble and I'm glad I tried this. I started to feel the effects around the second week. I still sweat, but it's become normal. I'll keep using it!

My excessive sweating has subsided.
Verified Purchase
My period stopped, and I suddenly started experiencing hot flashes. I also had palpitations and shortness of breath, and the excessive sweating was a problem when I went out. That's when I found this supplement. I started taking three tablets a day, and after just three days, my symptoms subsided. I'm in my mid-50s, but my period has returned and is now regular. I'm currently taking two tablets a day. My hormone balance seems to have improved, and my skin is looking better too. I want to continue taking it for a while.

The hot flashes subside in about two weeks.

This supplement is like magic. The only downside is that the tablets are too big. I bought a tablet cutter, but even then the edges are jagged, making them very difficult to swallow. Every time I take one, I have to consciously swallow it, otherwise it's painful. I've been taking it for six months, but I still haven't gotten used to it. Maybe my throat is too narrow? I've taken large supplements from overseas before, but these are unusually big. However, the effects are immediate.
