If possible, buy your tea always organic to avoid pesticides etc. It also tastes better and cleaner ! This is my favourite tea, calms my tummy and nerves. I drink it either just black or with some cream. My morning treat that I look forward to already when going to sleep! Delicious and good quality.

Been testing different types of organic black tea ..this really gives a smooth finish...not too fragrance like those tea with artificial essence added. Try this..one teabag in 200 ml of hot organic fresh milk...thats my cup of tea.
