Love this Tea! Usually i take this after work. The taste and smell gives me the feeling of being relaxed especially after work. It is caffeine free and love the note that comes with every tea. Good quality and makes me drink almost every after work. Package is secure and ingredients wise, it is made of organic blend of herbs.

I've found the active ingredients in this tea to be very effective in dealing with symptoms of PTSD. This particular one (Yogi Relaxed Mind) tastes pretty good too. It's a good mix of herbs that has helped me relax and focus enough to be present.

This tea has a very mild flavor; I think the flavor I pick up the most is lavender. I haven't particularly noticed its relaxation effects, but I like drinking it after dinner or with dessert instead of anything with caffeine, so I do associate it with winding down for the day. I also like the yoga poses illustrated on the Yogi Tea boxes and the sayings written on the teabag tabs--it's a nice reminder to slow down!

I love love love yogi teas!!! Organic and delicious, they are an every day staple for me, I have yet to find one that I do not like, plus I LOVE the positive messages and wisdom on the tabs of each individual tea bag, just lovely!! I love this flavor, so soothing and calming, centering and relaxing

I feel non-coffee teas tend to have a very earthy taste, euch is not something you always want. So eBay I like about this tea, is that the taste is very light and not too prominent. It’s kind of very basic tea you can have in the evening to unwind.

This is great, I love drinking it after a long workday or just to relax before bed. Lavender is really good for helping you relax, so it's great to have it as an ingredient. The taste is pleasant and the quality of the tea itself seems good for a teabag.

I’ve tried many teas (if not most teas) from Yogi, and this one is one of the strongest in taste from calming/relaxing/bedtime kind to me, and maybe because of that, it has a stronger effect. My first impression was that it was very herbal and medicinal but in a good way. The lavender is very prominent too. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a tea to drink after work :)

I love all Yogi teas. The quality and taste are outstanding. The ingredients are in excellent balance for taste and benefit. The blends are well balanced and subtle, not too overpowering in taste. The package looks great, while keeping the environment in mind, and the added bonus is always the saying on the paper tag at the end of the tea bag string. There is simply nothing not to love with Yogi teas.

Unfortunately, I had to give this product to my wife, as I am nursing my child, and the product says "WARNING: Not recommended for use if you are pregnant or nursing." This message usually means an ingredient is contraindicated and can affect the fetus or nursing child. However, I had a cup before I noticed this message, and I did feel more relaxed afterwards. I gave the remaining bags to my wife, who rarely drinks herbal teas, and she said she felt relaxed after drinking a cup.
